Refund policy

Now for our policies-

 

*In store purchase policy’s

Refunds/Returns-Because of the nature of small business Ever Jane does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on items bought IN store. We highly encourage customers to try on clothing before purchase. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding our policy. Thank you for your understanding.

*Online Purchases-

All inquiries about returns/exchanges/refunds for online purchases (including local pickup) must be requested by the customer within 2 business days of pick-up or delivery through email, phone call, text, social media, etc. 

Returns/Refunds of clothing/gifts purchased ONLINE ONLY can be exchanged for item of same amount OR issued a store credit in the form of a gift card. 

Local pickup-Customer must return purchase to the store within 7 days of pick-up.

Online orders-Customer must request return label within 2 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for mailing return back in 3 days of receiving the return slip.

Failure to follow time limits on returns may result in a denial of refund/return.

*Damaged/Defective Item’s

In the event of a damaged/defective item the customer will be given an exchange of the same item. If the item is no longer available they can choose to receive a gift card in the amount of the item OR be issued a complete refund.

If item is part of an online order please reach out and inform us within 2 days of delivery/pick-up. We also ask that you send a photo of the item through email, text, IG, etc. Any damaged/defective item that is not claimed in the 2 days can be denied a refund/exchange.

*All SALE items are final sale.

 

*Ever Jane has the right to deny any refund/exchange at anytime.
